Is there transportation to the airport?
The transportation is provided by taxi. From the airport to the hotel is approximately $7.50 to $9.50 USD and from the hotel to the airport it is approximately $17.00 USD.

Is the water safe to drink?
The water from the city of Puerto Vallarta has being certificate as potable water for the past 20 years, the hotel has its own purifying system but we suggest you to drink bottled water that has been placed in your room.

Can I use a computer or any other electronic device in the hotel?
Yes, AC is 110 volts same as in the USA, the hotel offers high speed internet access free of charge.

Do I need a passport?
Yes,. for traveling to Mexico from United States you just need an official I.D. with picture such as Driver license. For traveling from other countries please you need a passport or visa, please contact the Mexican Consulate or Embassy.

Do I need to exchange my dollars in to pesos?
No, Dollars and Credit Cards are accepted almost in every hotel, store, restaurant, etc...(dollars exchange limited)

Does the hotel have baby sitting services?
Yes, We have baby sitters available for 23 USD per hour. Plus taxi cost after 10 p.m. Contact concierge to request this service, 5 hours in advance.

Do you have an activities program for children?
Yes. Our "SHERATOONS" program is available for kids 5 to 12 years old, year round and has no extra cost.

Do you have an all-inclusive program?
Yes, we offer an Inclusive package and other meal plans available. You may purchase them at the front desk.

How far away is the hotel from the airport?
6 kms. approximately 15 min by car.

When is the raining season?
It starts from mid June until mid September. Normally it rains in the afternoon or at night.

Is there a Golf Course near by?
Yes. The hotel has a membership for the Marina Vallarta and Vista Vallarta golf courts, only 15 min from the hotel. our concierge can arrange your Tee time. There are also golf courses 20 minutes away.

Cancellations policy
You may cancel your reservation with a minimum of 24 hours* prior to arrival in order to avoid a one night's room & tax penalty. If you book your reservation through another channel, make sure to cancel this reservation to avoid penalties. * a minimum of 72 hours for reservations from Dec 23-Jan 2.
